焊接钢筋网约束混凝土柱响应面法分析

摘  要:本文通过对焊接钢筋网约束混凝土柱承载力进行理论分析,在箍筋约束混凝土柱承载力计算公式的基础上,提出了焊接钢筋网约束混凝土柱承载力计算公式,基于有限元方法对焊接钢筋网混凝土短柱轴心受压性能进行数值研究,并用理论计算结果验证有限元分析模型的正确性;采用响应面法对焊接钢筋网纬线间距s、混凝土强度f、网片经线间距d等结构参数进行优化,得到二次预测模型。结果表明:焊接钢筋网约束混凝土柱承载力模拟值与文献计算值变化趋势一致;s、f及d对承载力和峰值应变均有影响,承载力显著性f>s>d,峰值应变显著性s>d>f;承载力随s和d减小呈梯度逐渐增大的变化趋势增加。In this paper, by analyzing the theory analysis ofbearing capacity ofwelded wire fabric ( WWF ) constraint con-crete column, firstly, bearing capacity calculation formula of the WWF constraint concrete column is proposed based on the formula of stirrup confined concrete column. Through the finite element method( FEM) ,the numerical study of short column axi-al compression performanceof WWF concrete is done. And the correctness of the finite element analysis model is verified by the theoretical calculation results. Secondly, through the method of response surface, the structure parameters such as WWF paral-lel spacing( s) ,concrete strength( f) and warp spacing( d) are op-timized, and a quadratic prediction model is get. The results show that the bearing capacity of WWF constraint concrete col-umn simulation values are in line with the trends of calculated values in paper. Moreover, the bearing capacity and peak strain are both affected by s, f and d, and the significance of bearing capacity is f〉s〉 d, the significance of peak strain is s〉d〉f. The last but not the least, the compressive capacity increases with the increasing of s and don a gradient trend.
