摘 要:针对深海压力补偿电机旋转轴用O型橡胶密封圈,根据超弹性体非线性本构理论和接触问题的有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件对O型密封圈在不同初始压缩率、不同介质压差情况下的受力情况进行了分析研究,得到相应情况下的Von Mises应力云图及接触压力云图.结果表明:密封圈在压缩安装之后,应力集中在密封圈中部靠近轴和密封槽的地方,最大接触压力位于密封圈与轴及密封沟槽相接触发生挤压的部位,其大小与其初始压缩率及密封压差有关,初始压缩率越大,最大接触压力越大;密封压差越大,最大接触压力越大;在不同的环境压力下,压力补偿电机用O型密封圈的最大接触压力值始终大于其工作压力,保证了密封性能.According to the rubber sealing O-ring used in the deep sea pressure compensation motor rotating shaft,based on nonlinear constitutive theory for hyperelastic body and finite element analysis for contacting,the deformation and load of the rubber O-ring in different initial compressing rate and different medium pressure are analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS.And then the distribution nephogram of Von Mises stress and contact pressure are obtained.The results show that after compression installation of the sealing ring,the stress concentrated in the middle of the shaft and the sealing groove;the maximal contact pressure is located at the extruded parts of the rubber sealing O-ring contact with the shaft and sealing groove;and its size is related to the initial compression rate and sealing pressure difference,which increase with the increase of the initial compression rate and sealing pressure.Under different environmental pressures,the maximum contact pressure of the pressure compensation motor O-ring is always greater than the working pressure,so as to ensure the sealing performance.
