摘 要:掌叶木为中国特有的珍稀濒危植物,本文对掌叶木叶化学成分进行了研究.运用大孔树脂、反相常压柱色谱和制备高效液相等技术对掌叶木叶70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,再通过理化性质和波谱分析方法,从掌叶木叶中分离得到2个木脂素和3个黄酮苷类化合物.经鉴定其结构分别为(7 S,8 R)-二氢脱氢二松柏醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、松脂-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranose(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-Oα-L-Rhamnopyranoside(3)、Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose(1→2)-α-L-Rhamnopyranoside-7-Oα-L-Rhamnopyranoside(4)、Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose(1→2)-α-L-Rhamnpyranoside-7-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranoside(5).这些化合物都是首次从该属植物中分离得到.Handeliodendron bodinieri(Levl.)Rehd.is an endangered plant.This paper mainly describes the studies of the chemical constituents of the leaves of Handeliodendron bodinieri.The compounds from 70%alcohol/water extract of Handeliodendron bodinieri were isolated and purified by macroporous resin,RP-C18,and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR,1 H-NMR,13 CNMR,and MS spectral data.Two lignans and three flavonoid glycosides were isolated from leaves of Handeliodendron bodinieri.Their structures were determined as(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),Pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranose(1→2)-β-Dglucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranoside(3),Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose(1→2)-α-L-Rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-Rhamnopyranoside(4),Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranose(1→2)-α-L-Rhamnpyranoside-7-O α-L-Rhamnopyranoside(5).These Compounds were isolated for the first time from Handeliodendron bodinieri.
