摘  要:屏蔽门控制系统主要由中央控制盘(PSC)、就地控制盘(PSL)、紧急控制盘(IBP)、门机控制单元(DCU)、就地控制盒(LCB)以及连接各设备接口及传输各种控制和系统状态信息的通信总线等组成。屏蔽门控制系统的运行模式分为正常、非正常和失电3种模式,并按照由低到高的优先级分别对应信号系统、本地和手动3个控制级别。PSC通过网络总线与综合监控系统(ISCS)连接,通过硬线与信号系统连接,采用通信总线和硬线与DCU连接,其中通信总线负责数据传输、参数设置和软件下载,硬线负责传输开/关门指令;PSC系统软件采用分层设计和功能模块化,硬件采用模块化设计,DCU按一控两驱原理设计,采用UCOS-Ⅱ操作系统;控制系统以屏蔽门实际的运动曲线参数为依据,通过控制电机的速度和位置实现对电机的精确控制。为确保系统的可用性和可靠性,还对系统进行了冗余设计。研究成果已成功应用于北京和台湾等地的地铁中。The platform screen door(PSD)system of urban rail transit is composed of central control panel(PSC),local control panel(PSL),emergency control panel(IBP),door control unit(DCU),local control box(LCB),device interfaces and the communication buses for transmitting various control and system state information,etc.The control modes of PSD control system are divided into normal,abnormal and loss of power,which correspond respectively to signal system,local and manual three control levels in accordance with the priority from low to high.PSC is connected with the integrated monitoring system(ISCS)and signal system through network bus and hard wire respectively,and is connected with the DCU by communication bus and hard wire.In which,the communication bus is responsible for data transmission,parameter setting and software download.The hard wire is responsible for transmitting open or close instruction.PSC system software uses hierarchical design and modular functions,and the hardware adopts modular design.DCU is designed according to one-control and two-drive principle with UCOS-Ⅱoperating system.Based on the practical PSD motion curve parameters,the control system realizes the accurate control of motor by controlling the speed and position of the motor.Redundancy design is also carried through to ensure the availability and reliability of the system.The research results have been successfully applied to the metros in Beijing,Taiwan and other places.
