摘  要:以水钢烧结烟气脱硫灰为研究对象,采用高温动态焙烧法对脱硫灰的高温氧化焙烧改性后的理化特性和改性工艺条件进行研究,确定了脱硫灰改性的最佳条件。同时,为了能有效综合利用烧结烟气脱硫灰,采用单因素优化实验,将改性后的脱硫灰用作制备生态水泥,讨论了石膏、粉煤灰和脱硫灰掺量3个单因素对生态水泥的抗折强度、抗压强度、初凝时间和终凝时间的影响,确定了制备生态水泥的最佳工艺条件。该研究为水钢烧结烟气脱硫灰的综合利用提供了指导,避免了脱硫灰因大量堆放占用土地而对环境造成的二次污染。As the research object, desulfurization ash of sintering flue gas of Shuicheng Iron & Steel Group was used to research the physicoehemical properties and the condition of modification process in the experiment of high temperature dynamic roasting. And the optimal condition of modification of desulfurization ash was determined. Meanwhile, in order to utilize effectively and comprehensively, desulfurization ash was used to produce eco-cement by the optimized single element experiment. The effect of content of plaster, fuel ash and desulIhrization ash to the flexural strength, compressive strength, initial setting time, final setting time of eeo-eement was researched. And the optimal tech-nological condition was determined to produce eco-cement, which might give some guidance for com- prehensive utilization of desulfurization ash of Shuicheng iron and steel group. This method avoided the secondary pollution because of the stack of desulfurization ash.
