摘　　要：为了提高油料决算统计工作的效率及核算精度,首先从油料决算业务流程出发,深入分析了油料决算编报、审核、批复等业务功能,然后设计并实现了一套基于Web的油料决算管理系统。采用J2EE体系结构,利用MVC模式和i Batis框架,构建了一套安全稳定、可扩展的网络油料决算管理系统。试用和推广结果表明:系统设计方案合理,经济成效显著,为油料正规化建设发挥了作用。In order to improve the efficiency of statistical work of oil accounts and accounting accura- cy, this paper depth analyzed the business functions and process of oil accounts include reporting of preparation, audit, approval and so on first. Then, we designed and implemented a Web-based oil accounts management system. The system used J2EE architecture, and it used MVC pattern and iBa- tis framework to construct a secure, stable and scalable network application. The try and promotion of system show that its design is reasonable and its economic benefits are remarkable. The system plays a huge role for oil regularization construction.
