摘　　要：构建抢险救援指挥与技术专业实践教学体系是提高消防部队抢险救援作战能力的重要途径。首先根据抢险救援指挥与技术专业的特点,结合应用型人才培养目标与专业发展需求,构建了多维递进式的实践教学体系;然后,从开展实践教学的现实意义出发,进行了多样化的实践教学方法及教学效果考核的探讨;最后,提出了完善实践教学体系的建议,以提升抢险救援指挥与技术专业人才的培养质量。The construction of practice teaching system of specialty of emergency rescue command and technology is the important means to improve the emergency rescue capability of a fire brigade. Firstly, according to the character- istics of specialty of emergency rescue command and technology, and combining personnel training goal and specialty development demands, a muhidimensional progressive practice teaching system is constructed in this paper. Second- ly, the implementation method and evaluation effect of the system are explored. Finally, some suggestions on perfec- tion of practice teaching system are put forward to improve the overall quality of applied personnel.
