摘　　要：从公安现役部队专业技术干部管理工作的现状及特点出发,提出了专业技术干部绩效评价管理系统的信息化解决方案。首先简要说明了系统需求,然后从系统的技术实现方案、结构框架、功能模块及安全机制等方面设计了系统体系结构。该系统为专业技术干部管理工作提供了统一的平台,提升了工作效率。According to the management situation and characteristics of technical cadres active servicemen of public security, the solution to the management information system is proposed. Firstly the system requirement is briefly an- alyzed. Then on the basis of the technical scheme, the structural framework, the functional module and security mechanism, the system architecture is designed. This scheme provides a uniform platform for the management of technical cadres and improves the work efficiency.
