摘　　要：通过对银行支持节能减排相关文献的梳理,提出当前国内银行在节能减排中发挥有效性观点,尝试建立银行支持节能减排有效性理论评价体系,并以实际数据为样本,开展实证研究,以期通过理论与实践相结合的方法,在金融支持节能减排有效性研究方面有创新发展,为发展绿色金融提供科学的决策依据及手段。Through carding the documents on banking＇ s support of energy conservation and emission re- duction, the proposition that banking industry could effectively influence energy conservation and emission re- duction is put forward, and thus the theoretical assessment system of banking＇ s effective influence on energy conservation and emission reduction. With the actual statistics as the sample data, an empirical study is car- ried out by relating theory to practice, in hope that innovative development will be made possible in the field that banking industry has an effective influence on energy conservation and emission reduction, which will offer scientific basis and measures for developing ＂green finance＂.
