摘 要:通过建立弹性车轮车辆—轨道耦合系统模型,推导出系统运动微分方程;利用Simpack动力学软件建立弹性车轮车辆动力学模型,并基于车辆的运行平稳性和曲线通过性能对弹性元件的径向刚度和垂向刚度进行优化。利用优化后的刚度对弹性车轮与刚性车轮在不同的轨道线路上的适应性进行研究。结果表明,弹性元件径向刚度和横向刚度的比率在0.75~1.5范围内取值能得到较理想的动力学性能;轨道线路条件越差,弹性车轮的作用越明显。Based on the establishment of resilient wheel was deduced; Dynamic resilient wheel vehicle model was vehicles-track coupling model, the movement differential equation system established by Simpack, and the ratio of the radial stiffness and lateral stiffness of the elastic element had been optimized based on the vehicle stability and curving performance. With optimized stiffness, the adaptability of resilient wheel and rigid wheel on different track line had been researched. The results show that the ratio of the radial stiffness and lateral stiffness of the elastic element in the range of 0.75 to 1.5 can achieve an ideal dynamic performance; Track conditions gets worse, the effect of elastic wheel gets more obvious.
