摘 要:以哈尔滨家具市场为研究对象,从家具市场消费者需求与偏好视角采用问卷调查法、访谈法及数据分析法将理论与实践相结合,分析得出环保、价格和质量是影响消费者购买家具的前三位因素。调查发现目前家具市场存在着布局不合理、信息不对称、服务体系不完善等问题,根据问题提出以下对策及建议:政府应该平衡区—域发展;通过市场监督等手段提高环保家具的质量与供应;加大宣传力度,正确引导消费者识别家具各证书真伪,以减少信息不对称带来的问题;企业应该完善服务体系,满足消费者需求,打造一流品牌形象。This paper takes furniture markets in Harbin as the research object. From the perspective of furniture markets' consumer needs and preferences by questionnaire investigation, interview method and data analysis to combine theory and practice. Analysis is concluded that the environmental protection, price and quality are the top three factors that affect consumers buying furniture. The survey found that the current furniture market exists unreasonable layout, the problems such as information asymmetry, imperfect service system. According to the problems put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: government should balance the regional development; through the market supervision and so on to improve the quality of the furniture of environmental protection and supply; intensify propaganda, correctly guide consumers identify furniture each certificate of authenticity which is in order to reduce the problem of asymmetric information, enterprises should improve the service system to meet consumer demand and create first-class brand image.
