新农村建设对沧州市农村居民生活质量影响的调查研究

摘　　要：通过建立科学完善的农村居民生活质量评价体系,综合相关领域专家意见对指标赋予科学权重,以沧州市青县、沧县、东光县、献县、盐山县的试点村与非试点村问卷调查为原始数据,对农村居民生活各层次进行综合测评,量化新农村建设对农村居民生活的现实影响以及新农村建设的工作的效果。结果表明:新农村建设试点村居民生活质量的整体测评结果明显优于非试点村,但其内部测评结果分布不尽均衡,说明新农村建设切实提升了农村居民的生活质量,值得广大农民支持与积极配合,同时新农村建设工作的个别方面还需进一步改进。根据研究结果及沧州市新农村建设的工作现状,提出提升新农村建设水平、优化新农村建设推行效率的对策与建议。In this study, through establishing a scientific and excellent evaluation index system of rural residents quality of life, the opinions of comprehensive experts in related field put forward the weight of scientific indexs, the author take the result of questionnaires as the raw data from the pilot and non-pilot village in Cangzhou city, such as Qing county, Cang county, Dongguang county, Xian county and Yanshan county. Then taking a comprehensive evaluation of every level on rural residents, and quantifying the real impact on the living of rural residents as well as the effect of the new socialist countryside construction working. The result shows that the overall evaluation results of pilot village surpass the non-pilot village, but the distribution of its internal evaluation results is not balanced totally, indicating that the new socialist countryside construction enhanced the living quality of rural residents, It is worth to be supported by the majority of farmers and cooperated actively, also some aspects of new rural construction work need to be further improved. According to the results of research and the status of the new socialist countryside construction in Cangzhou city, the strategies to promote the level of new rural construction and optimize the efficiency in carrying out the new socialist countryside construction are put forward.
