摘　　要：动物医院接到一个犬乳腺肿物的病例,为了判断其性质,采用课题组发明专利进行病理组织切片制作和H.E染色技术进行染色。经病理学研究诊断为一侧是犬乳腺癌,组织学上为实性癌和乳头状癌,对侧乳房组织发生严重骨化。其发生机理可能是乳腺长时间慢性炎症或激素不平衡或肿瘤组织不断生长,导致母犬乳腺组织长期处于高分泌状态,致使乳腺组织骨化。其明确诊断为犬乳腺肿瘤疾病的诊断和治疗提供参考。The Animal hospital received a case of canine mammary tumor. In order to diagnose its character,the method of pathological biopsy and H.E staining techniques of invention patent was adopted. The tumor was diagnosed to be breast cancer with severe ossification of contralateral breast,and the tumor displayed solid and papillary growth pattern. The mechanism of severe ossification might be caused of prolonged hypersecretion of chronic inflammation,hormonal imbalance or continuous growth of tumor tissue. Its definite diagnosis would provide references for the pathological diagnosis of canine neoplastic disease and treatment.
