泌乳奶牛不同泌乳阶段某些主要维生素与微量元素缺乏的调查研究

摘　　要：为了解泌乳奶牛不同泌乳阶段维生素和微量元素缺乏的情况,在两个集约化牛场（Ⅰ,Ⅱ）,随机选取泌乳前期（15-20 d）、泌乳盛期（50-60 d）、泌乳中期（120-150 d）、泌乳后期（200-220 d）四个泌乳时期的奶牛各20头,检测日粮及奶牛血浆中VA、VD、VE以及Zn、Se、Cu水平。结果表明：两牛场各泌乳期饲料和血浆中VA、VD、VE和微量元素Zn、Se、Cu的水平不一致。说明两牛场均存在维生素E缺乏和Cu缺乏,但发生率不同。To investigate deficiency of main vitamin and trace elements in lactating dairy cows of different lactation stages. In two intensive dairy farms（Ⅰ,Ⅱ）,the 20 cows in early lactation period（15-20 d）,lactation peak period（50-60 d）,mid-lactation period （120-150 d）,late lactation period （200-220 d）were selected respectively to detect levels of VA,VD,VE and Zn,Se,Cu in diets and serum. The results showed that the levels of vitamin A,D,E and Zn,Se,Cu in diets and plasma were different. In two farms,there were deficiency of vitamin E and Cu,but the incidence was different.
