摘 要:对5个优质广亲和三系恢复系与8个水稻不育系进行不完全双列杂交,测定杂种F1代农艺性状,并对其进行了杂种优势和配合力分析研究,结果表明:亲本的一般配合力相对于特殊配合力对杂交后代起更重要的作用,一般配合力高的恢复系配组出高特殊配合力效应的组合几率更大。恢复系南恢596和南恢125在单株重的超亲优势和竞争优势上表现突出,同时在产量构成的主要因素上表现出较强的一般配合力,它们所配F1代组合中部分表现出较高的特殊配合力。The incomplete diallel crosses were carried out between 5 high-quality and widely-compatible restoring lines and 8 rice CMS lines, the agronomic characters of their F1 hybrids were tested, and the combining ability and heterosis of these restoring lines were evaluated.The results indicated that the general combining ability of parents had more important effect on F1 hybrids than the specific combining ability of parents, and the probability of obtaining the combinations with high specific combining ability from the restoring lines with high general combining ability was greater.The restoring lines Nanhui 596 and Nanhui 125 showed outstanding heterobeltiosis and competitive advantage in single-plant weight;they also showed stronger general combining ability in the main factors affecting yield components, and some F1 combinations from these two restoring lines revealed higher specific combining ability.
