摘  要:阐析了幸福感与感知压力之间的关系,基于在中国八个大城市的50多个中学班级幸福水平的调查数据,利用倾向性得分匹配方法(Propensity Score Matching,PSM)控制内生性,用以探究担任班级干部这个增大压力的"自然实验"对中国青少年幸福感的影响;结果表明,对于中国青少年群体而言,在可承受范围内,更大的压力确实能显著提高幸福水平,结果稳定,且女性比男性的幸福水平提高幅度更显著,而城乡差异和区域经济水平的差异对其作用机制影响很小。We enunciate the relationship between happiness and perceived pressure.Based on happiness level survey data in 50 middle school classes in 8 cities in China,we try to investigate the effects of the "natural experiment"for boosting the pressure of a student when acting as a class leader on adolescents′happiness by applying the propensity score matching (PSM)approach to control the endogeneity problem.The results show that in the bearable scope,a higher pressure can really boost the happiness level for Chinese teenagers significantly and the results are stable.In addition,the boosting scope of the happiness level of females is more significant than the males.However,the difference between urban and ru-ral areas and that between regional economic levels have little influences on the affecting mechanism.
