摘  要:针对中国现行男女不同龄退休制度,认为随着政府关注力度的提高及女性社会性别意识的增强,国内要求改革退休政策的呼声日渐增强;女性高层次人才尤其是工作在文化部门的女性人才在知识结构与工作能力等方面与男性差异性不明显,推进文化部门男女同龄退休成为改革退休制度的突破口;通过对北京、天津、河北、山东等省市文化部门的女性高层次人才进行调查,根据所得数据实证分析了影响男女同龄退休的因素,并提出了对策建议。The current retirement policy in our country is the one made in 1950s which exercise different retirement ages for woman and man.In recent years with the increase of government′s attention and woman′s social consciousness,there is more and more calling for woman′s same retirement age as that of man.High -level female talents especially those who work in the cultural department show no obvious difference in knowledge structure and working capacity from those of males.Therefore,advancing the man and woman same -age retiring becomes the breach of the retiring system reform.By investigating women working in culture departments of Beijing,Hebei,Shandong,and other provinces and cit-ies,this paper empirically analyzes the influence factors of man and woman retirement age,and puts forward the coun-termeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference for reform in the retirement system.
