摘 要:为获得低速输出的微特电机,提出一种新型超声谐波电动机。首先确定超声谐波电动机的整体结构,分析其工作原理,然后进行超声波发生器即行波超声波电动机的设计,行波超声波电动机由对称布置的两个纵弯复合式换能器驱动,分析其工作原理。最后进行换能器纵振频率、弯振频率及定子环频率之间的简并,并进行瞬态分析,研究对称分布的换能器在定子环上激励的两列行波的振幅叠加情况,为行波超声波电动机的进一步优化设计提供理论指导。In order to obtain the low speed output of harmonic motor, the novel ultrasonic harmonic motor was put for- ward. The structure of the ultrasonic harmonic motor was determined, and its working principle was analyzed. Then the design of ultrasonic generator which also named traveling wave ultrasonic motor was carried on. Ultrasonic motor was driven by a symmetrical arrangement of longitudinal and bending composite transducers. The frequency degeneration among the trans- ducer longitudinal vibration frequency, bending vibration frequency and stator frequency was made, and amplitude superpo- sition of traveling wave of two column symmetric distribution in the stator ring transducer excitation was studied. It provides theoretical guidance for the further optimization design of traveling wave ultrasonic motor.
