摘 要:介绍了高转速、高功率密度永磁同步发电机的关键技术及设计特点,采用场路耦合法设计了一台额定转速100 000 r/min、额定功率1 k W、功率密度3.73 k W/kg的永磁同步发电机,建立了二维电磁场仿真模型,仿真计算了电机的空载反电动势及整流后的直流电压、负载工况下的输出电流和电压等电磁性能,计算了电机定子铁耗、铜耗,转子的涡流损耗。计算结果表明,高速永磁发电机设计合理,输出功率、电压、电流达到了设计要求。The key technical and design features for high-speed, high power density permanent magnet synchronous generators were introduced. The design and Analysis of a 100 000 r/min, 1 kW, 3.73 kW/kg permanent magnet synchro- nous generator electromagnetic was designed by field-circuit method, and the simulation model of 2D Electromagnetic Field of generator was established. No load EMF, DC voltage rectified, rated load output current and voltage of the generator were analyzed and calculated. The stator iron loss, copper loss and rotor strandloss of the generator at rated load were cal- culated. Based on the finite element method field circuit coupled motor, no-load and load performances are analyzed. The simulation results show the reasonability of the high speed machine design. Output power, voltage, current can meet the design requirements.
