摘　　要：在激光打标、扫描成像等领域中,普遍采用了有限转角扫描电机作为扫描执行器件,介绍一种电容式角度传感器的原理结构和实现方法,通过试验验证,在±12°的范围里测量精度传感器可以达到99.9%。The limited angle scanning motor is now in common use in the field of laser marking and laser scanning as an executive device of scanning. The principle structure and the implementation method of a type of capacitive angular sen- sor were described. According to the experimental verification, the sensor can reach the precision of 99.9% in the range of ±12°.
