摘　　要：目的报道重庆市首次分离布鲁杆菌。方法采用血培养法进行细菌分离培养,并用传统方法和分子生物学方法对可疑菌落进行种型鉴定。结果从7份阳性人血标本中分离布鲁氏杆菌1株,鉴定为牛种布鲁杆菌。结论首次证实重庆存在人间布鲁杆菌病。Objective To report the first isolation of Brucella in Chongqing city. Methods Blood culture method was applied for bacterial isolation and culturing, and suspicious bacterial species were identified by traditional method and molecular biology method. Results One strain of Brueella was isolated and was identified as Bru- celia abortus. Conclusion Human brucellosis is confirmed in Chongqing for the first time.
