20种甘蓝型油菜抗根肿病资源的筛选

摘　　要：模拟根肿病发病条件,采用菌土接种法进行盆栽试验,对20个甘蓝型油菜品种进行根肿病抗性鉴定。根据病情指数将20个甘蓝型油菜品种的根肿病抗性分为高抗、抗病、低感、感病和高感。结果显示:华杂9号、华双3号的病情指数分别为25.06,25.03,属高抗品种;云花油早熟1号、陕油8号的病情指数分别为34.6,36.92,属抗病品种;中双9号、花油5号、花油8号的病情指数分别为45.8,46.89,47.33,属低感品种;玉红油2号等5个品种属感病品种;宁油16号等8个品种属高感品种。因此,华杂9号、华双3号表现为较强的抗根肿病能力,可以作为油菜抗根肿病育种的材料。Simulated root disease conditions, twenty varieties of rape （Brassica napus） varieties in- oculated with infested soil of fungi in pots were cultured for identifying the root disease resistance. Ac- cording to the disease index, the 20 rape varieties were divided into five groups： high resistant, re- sistant, low sensitive, middle sensitive and high sensitive. The disease index of Huaza 9 and Hua- shuang 3 were 25.06 and 25.03, respectively, so they belonged to high resistant varieties. The dis- ease index of Yunhuayouzaoshu 1 and Shanyou 8 were 34.6 and 36.92 respectively, belonged to re- sistant varieties. The disease index of Zhongshuang 9, Huayou 5 and Huayou 8 were 45.8, 46. 89 and 47.33, respectively, belonged to low sensitive varieties. Yuhongyou 2 and other four varieties belonged to middle sensitive varieties. Ningyou 16 and other seven varieties belonged to high sensitivi- ty varieties. Huaza 9 and Huashuang 3 showed high resistance and could be used as clubroot-resistant breeding for further study.
