试析俄日两国对旅大城市规划的特点

摘　　要：旅大(旅顺和大连)地处辽东半岛最南端,毗邻朝鲜半岛,是东北地区的重要出海口。重要的战略地位使其在一个多世纪以前成为日、俄帝国主义争夺的焦点。甲午战争之后,旅大曾被俄国强租7年,由此开始了对大连城市的规划与建设。日俄战争后,日本统治旅大地区长达40年之久,并根据其战略需要对大连进行了重新规划与扩建。俄日两国近半个世纪的殖民统治,给旅大人民带来了深重的灾难,也给这座城市的规划与发展打上了迥异的烙印。Lvshun and Dalian are located ta the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula adjacent to Korean Peninsula, an important port in Northeast China. And it became the focus between Japan and Russia for its important strategic position one hundred years ago. After the Sino-Japanese War, Russia forced leases on Lvshun and Dalian for 7 years, and then started the planning and construction of Dalian. After the Russo-Japanese War it was under the rule of Japan for 40 years, and were planned and expanded by Japan according to its needs. Under the colonization of Russia and Japan for nearly half a century, it was heavily laden with calamities to the local people with different prints on the city.
