益心舒胶囊对稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效及动脉硬化程度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益心舒胶囊(YXSC)治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对动脉硬化程度的影响。方法 350例入选患者随机分为治疗组(200例)和对照组(150例)。两组患者均给予稳定型心绞痛常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组加服YXSC,每次4粒,每日3次,疗程6个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为88%,对照组为84%(P>0.05);两组均有改善心绞痛发作次数、持续时间的作用(P<0.01);治疗组对改善临床心悸、气短、乏力症候,以及脉搏波传导速度(PWV)疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上加用YXSC可明显改善临床症状及动脉硬化程度。Objective To observe the effects of Yixinshu capsule（YXSC）in improving clinical symptoms and arteriosclerosis in patients with stable angina.Methods Three hundreds and fifty patients were randomly divided into the treated group（200 cases）and the control group（150 cases）.The routine treatment for stable angina was given to all patients and the treated group was administered with YXSC for6 months.Results The total effective rate was 88%in the treated group and84%in the control group（P〉0.05）.The symptoms of angina pectoris were improved in both groups（P〈0.01）.Clinical symptoms such as palpitation,shortness of breath,and tiredness,and the pulse wave velocity（PWV）were improved more significantly in treated group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion YXSC is effective in improving symptoms and arteriosclerosis in patients with stable angina.
