护理人员对北美国际护理诊断认知及应用状况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解护理人员对北美国际护理诊断的认知水平及应用现状,探讨北美护理诊断在我国护理中的适用性及存在问题。方法采用自行设计的护理诊断知识、态度、行为问卷,对全国10个省市15所三级甲等医院的335名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员护理诊断知识各条目均分1.17~2.08,行为得分1.29~2.05,对护理诊断的态度得分1.52~2.39。不同工作年限的护理人员在知识、行为得分上差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论由于东西方文化及国情差异,我国护理人员对北美国际护理诊断认知情况不容乐观,应该构建符合我国国情的护理诊断体系,重视护理诊断的护理教育,规范临床实践应用,加强国际交流,促进护理学科发展。Objective To evaluating nurses′consciousness and application of NANDA International（NADAN-I）in China.Methods A total of 335 nurses from 15 hospitals of 10 provinces were investigated using self-designed questionnaires.Results The average score of nursing diagnosis knowledge,attitude and behavior was 1.17-2.08,1.52-2.39 and 1.29-2.05 respectively.Significant differences in the average knowledge and behavior score were observed among nursing staff with different years of working.Conclusion Due to differences in oriental and occidental cultures,as well as national conditions,nursing staff in China are not well-conscious of NADAN I.Nursing diagnosis system catering to Chinese national conditions should be built up,together with importance attached to the education of nursing diagnosis and the international communication,to promote the development of nursing science.
