摘  要:研究了中包覆盖剂及连铸结晶器保护渣对82B及35K钢液吸氮的影响,结果表明:只要连铸钢液与大气接触就会增氮;熔点高于连铸钢液温度的中包覆盖剂不利于防止钢液吸氮;在同样的条件下,35K钢液吸氮量比82B大.Effect of tundish flux and mould slag on nitrogen absorption of 82B and 35K liquid steel during the continuous casting process has been studied. The results show that nitrogen in liquid steel will be increased when it is exposed at atmosphere, it is not good to prevent absorbing nitrogen when the melt-point of tundish flux is higher than the temperature of liquid steel, and the nitrogen absorption in 35K liquid steel is higher than that in 82B under the same condition.
