摘　　要：通过实施GJB5000A三级,利用项目管理过程、规范的软件开发过程、有效的验证过程以及支持活动全面确保了软件的研制质量;通过合理的人员职责分工、软件重用设计等多种途径提升软件研制开发效率,有效降低软件研制成本;通过严谨的测量与分析过程,全面把握项目脉络,保证项目顺利完成。文中以航电1394协议软件为例,描述了项目管理、软件开发、质量保证、配置管理、测量分析的全过程。可以看出实施GJB5000A三级工程管理标准能够使企业组织迅速提升软件研发实力,使软件过程开发迈向标准化、规范化、国际化的发展之路。Through the implementation of GJB5000A of three level,use project management process,normative software development process,effective validation process and activities supporting to ensure the software development process. Improve the efficiency of soft-ware development and reduce the costs of software development by reasonable personal responsibilities arrangement,software reusing design and varieties of approaches. Through precise measurement and analysis process,comprehensive grasping of project context,accom-plish this project successfully. Taking the avionics 1394 protocol software as an example,describe the whole process of the project man-agement,software development,quality assurance,configuration management,measurement and analysis. It shows that the implementation of GJB5000A management standard grade three project can quickly enhance the enterprise organization’ s strength of software develop-ment,making the software development process toward standardization,standardization,internationalization.
