摘  要:目的:探讨中药复方中发酵虫草菌粉替代天然虫草对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠慢性肾衰模型,将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、天然虫草组、发酵菌粉低、中、高剂量组,观察治疗后大鼠的肾功能、血生化指标、肾病理、肾脏指数的变化。结果:治疗后,天然虫草及发酵菌粉各组大鼠的肾功能受损程度明显轻于模型组,肾脏病理损伤明显减轻,但肾脏系数未见明显差异。结论:益肾胶囊选用发酵虫草菌粉对慢性肾衰大鼠有一定的治疗作用,可在一定程度替代天然虫草使用。Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of fermented cordyceps powder instead of aweto in Chinese medicine compound on adenine-induced chronic renal failure (CRF) in rats. Method: CRF model was induced by Adenine ig. The rats were randomized into normal group; model group, aweto group, and FCP high, moderate, Low-dosage groups. Renal function, bio-chemical indicators, kidney index and renal pathologic changes were observed after treatment. Results: The degree injury of renal function in aweto group and FCP groups were palliated significantly, and renal pathologic changes were ameliorated, and there are no significant differences in renal index, which compared with model group. Conclusion: Fermented cordyceps powder in Yishen granules could improve the renal function and inhibit the progression of CRF in rats, which could be used in a cer- tain extent instead of aweto.
