摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后患者抑郁症状与人格、社会支持的关系。方法 316例LC术后患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、艾森克个性问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)、社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)的评定,以有、无抑郁症状将患者分为研究组(102例)和对照组(214例),采用HAMD、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评定LC术后患者抑郁症状的相关因素。结果所有入组患者中,LC术后患者的抑郁症状检出率为32.28%。EPQ评分研究组E维度因子评分低于对照组(P<0.01),N维度因子评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。SSRS评分研究组客观支持、主观支持、对支持的利用度因子评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者中存在较高的抑郁症状发生率,患者抑郁症状的发生与其人格特征、社会支持等因素存在一定关联。Objective To explore the relationship of depressive symptoms and personality,social support in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomi（LC）.Methods A total of 316 patients after LC were involved in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）,102 patients with depressive symptoms in study group and 214 patients without depressive symptoms in control group.They were all assessed with HAMD,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）for relationship between depressive symptoms and personality, social support.Results It’s 32.28% for the detection rates of depressive symptoms in patients after LC.On EPQ,the scores of E dimension in study group were significantly lower and the scores of N dimension significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈0.05）.On SSRS,the scores of objective support,subjective support and availability in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion It’s high for the rates of depressive symptoms in the patients after LC and the depressive symptoms of the patients are related to their personality and social support.
