住宅建筑中水表“空转”问题的探讨

摘　　要：高层住宅建筑中采用水泵和地下水池联合供水系统,出现未使用用水设备水表仍然转动"水表空转"的现象。水表的质量、安装方法以及管道、洁具漏水有可能产生空转。在排除上述条件后,管道水中空气聚团是主要原因。这类现象解决的方法是防止水流波动,排除管中气体。The high-rise residential buildings use pumps and underground tanks joint water supply systems. Unutilized water meters still appear meter idling phenomenon. The quality of the water, meter installation method, pipes, sanitary leakage may lead to idle. After the exclusion of the above conditions, water, air duct agglomeration is the main reason. The solution of this phenomenon is to prevent water fluctuations, and exclude gas tube.
