摘 要:目的探讨多科室协作模式对外来器械和植入物的管理效果。方法对外来器械和植入物建立采购中心、消毒供应中心、手术室、医院感染管理科、护理部和医务处共同协作的管理模式,明确各部门的职责,制定外来器械及植入物的管理制度,对外来器械和植入物的使用过程实行全程管理。结果实施多科室协作管理模式1年后,外来器械和植入物接收合格率、清洗质量合格率显著提高,急诊放行率显著减少,术中取出植入物规范回收率由81.41%上升到100%(均P<0.01)。结论采用多科室协作模式对外来器械和植入物进行管理,可提高外来器械和植入物的各个环节质量,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration on management of loaned medical implants and instru- ments. Methods A multidisciplinary intervention was conducted by the procurement center, central sterile supply department, operating room, infection control department, nursing administrative department, and department of medical affairs. The role of each department was identified, and rules and regulations for management of loaned medical implants and instruments were developed, to achieve seamless management of these instruments during the entire use process. Effect was evaluated after one year intervention. Results The qualified acceptance rate and cleanliness rate were significantly improved, whereas the release rate for emergency operation was significantly decreased after the intervention (P〈0.01 for all). The standard recycling rate of implants was increased from 81.41 % to 100%, with significant difference between them (P〈0.01). Conclusion Management of loaned medical implants and instruments by multidisciplinary collaboration could improve process quality and ensure patient safety.
