摘 要:目的探讨健康信念模式在尿路造口患者健康教育中的实施效果。方法将84例尿路造口患者随机分为两组各42例。干预组以健康信念模式为指导进行为期4个月的干预,对照组给予常规健康教育与随访。结果干预后3、6个月干预组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.01),干预组健康知识、自我效能评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论健康信念模式用于健康教育,加深患者对造口护理知识的认识和领悟,主动改变不良生活习惯,自觉提高对治疗的依从性,有效控制危险因素,提高患者自我管理能力及降低造口相关并发症。Objective To explore the effect of the Health Belief Model (HBM) applied in health education in patients with urostomy. Methods Eighty-four patients with urostomy were randomly assigned into two groups of 42. Patients in the intervention group were subjected to a 4-month HBM-guided intervention program, while their counterparts in the control group received conventional health education and follow-up. Results The incidence rates of complications at 3 and 6 months after the intervention were signifi cantly lower in the intervention group than the control group (P〈0.01 for both). The scores of health-related knowledge and self- efficacy in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion HBM-guided health education can improve patients' understanding and comprehension of urostomy care knowledge, and encourage them to change unhealthy habits, enhance adherence to treatment and effectively control risk factors, so as to improve patients' self- management ability and reduce ostomy-related complications.
