摘　　要：针对涤纶短纤维在后加工生产过程中叠丝方式的现状及不足,采取了优化穿丝,增加分丝宽度,调整分丝棒的位置等措施,使3片丝束在叠丝机前的宽度都达到了520 mm。In view of the current situation and deficiency of polyester staple fiber folding way in the post processing production process, by optimizing the threading, increasing the wire width, adjusting the screw rod position and other measures, the width of the three tow in front of the folding stack machine, can reach 520 mm.
