摘　　要：介绍了在短丝生产中第二拉伸机的常见故障形式,对造成轴承非正常失效的原因如轴承缺油,润滑不良,装配问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决方案,为安稳运行提供可参考的依据,减少因轴承非正常失效造成的设备损坏,降低因停产检修造成的经济损失。The common fault form of the second drawing machine in staple actual production was introduced. The causes of the abnormal failure of the bearing such as oil starvation, poor lubrication, assembly problem were analysed. The corresponding solutions were put forward. A reference basis for the stable running of the second drawing machine was provided. The equipment damage caused by the bearing abnormal failure was reduced. The economic losses caused by the shutdown maintenance were decreased.
