摘　　要：探讨了如何通过构建面向运营的业务平台综合化网管手段,实现业务网集中化维护和增值业务集中运营。以中国电信业务网网管"四大基础能力""八大场景应用"要求为基础,结合湖北电信日常维护、业务营运实际需求,建设满足面向生产维护、业务营运的业务平台综合网管系统,确保湖北电信各种增值业务连续、平台运行稳定,并拓展业务分析、客户服务等支撑范围,形成了增值业务营、维一体化。部分功能应用属中国电信内首创,并得到了推广应用。It discusses the construction of integrated network management tools for the realizing centralized maintenance and operation of value-added business network. Based on ＇four basis ability＇, ＇eight scene application＇ requirements of China Telecom value- added business network management, combined with the actual demand on Hubei Telecom network maintenance and business operations, developing integrated network management system for maintenance and operation of value-added business network, to ensure that Hubei Telecom value-added business continuity and stable operation, supporting the analysis and customer service of value-added business and so on, forming the integration of maintenance and operation of value-added business. Part of the application function is the initiate of China Telecom, and is widely used.
