输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗老年输尿管结石50例

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年输尿管结石患者经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后疗效及并发症。方法:筛选老年输尿管结石患者50例,对照组输尿管结石患者50例,均行输尿管结石钬激光碎石术,记录手术时间,住院时间,手术成功率及结石排尽率。结果:两组手术时间、手术成功率、结石排尽率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),住院时间老年组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术在治疗老年结石患者中是一种行之有效的方法。objective To study the efficacy and complications of ureteral calculi in older patients after the ureterocscopy holmium laser＇s treatment. Method Screen 50 older cases of ureteral calculi,the control group 50 cases,they underwent ureteroscopy holmiumlaser,operation time,hospital stay,success rate of surgery and stone free rate were compared and recorded. Results There was no significant difference be-tween two groups about operation time,success rate of surgery and stone free rate （ P〉0. 05）,hospital stay of older patients group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopy holmium laser is a effective method to treat ureteral calculi in older patients.
