外固定支架+有限切开复位内固定+取髂骨植骨术治疗桡骨远端高速、高能量性损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探索桡骨远端高速、高能量性损伤的治疗方法。方法：通过应用“外固定支架＋有限切开复位内固定＋取髂骨植骨术”对36例桡骨远端高速、高能量性损伤的患者进行治疗。结果：82例患者随访1~16个月，平均8个月，两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论“：外固定支架＋有限切开复位内固定＋取髂骨植骨术”是一种治疗饶骨远端高速、高能量性损伤的方法，具有较大临床推广价值。objective To explore the treatment method of high speed,high energy damage distal radius. Method 36 cases with high speed,high energy damage distal radius were given“External fixator and limited open reduction and internal fixation and iliac bone graft ex-traction”. Results 82 cases of postoperative follow-up of 1 to 16 months,an average of eight months. Two groups of operation time,intraoper-ative blood loss,hospital stay,osseous healing time,postoperative complications,there were no statistically significant difference （ P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion“External fixator and limited open reduction and internal fixation and iliac bone graft extraction”in the treatment of high speed,high energy damage distal radius,which is value of applying in clinic.
