集束干预策略在预防ICU中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束干预策略在预防ICU中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的应用效果情况。方法:选取收治的120例患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行分组,常规护理组45例和集束化干预组75例。观察两组患者血流感染发生率、血流感染发生时间情况。结果:集束化干预组患者血流感染发生率、血流感染发生时间均优于常规护理组,χ2=4.50,12.63,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束干预策略在预防ICU中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中应用可以有效地降低血流感染发生率,提高患者预后水平,值得临床推广应用。objective To approach result of prevention of CVC correlation bloodstream infections in ICU by cluster intervention strate-gy. Method To analyze 120 cases clinical data of patients,which was to be divided into two groups,routine nursing group 45 cases and cluster intervention group 75 cases. The incidence of bloodstream infections、Bloodstream infections occurred time of two groups were detected. Results The incidence of bloodstream infections、Bloodstream infections occurred time of cluster intervention group were better than routine nursing group,the difference was statistical significance （χ2 =4. 50,12. 63,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of prevention of CVC correlation bloodstream infections in ICU by cluster intervention strategy should decrease bloodstream infections,increase prognosis level of patients, which is to be used.
