对老年抑郁症患者进行心理疏导和精神护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理疏导和精神护理在老年抑郁症患者中的临床护理效果。方法:选取102例老年抑郁症患者,随机均分成对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上予以心理疏导和精神护理,观察两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)以及护理满意度。结果:经护理后,两组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均有所降低,但观察组患者的降低程度明显优于对照组,且观察组患者的护理总满意度(94.12%)明显高于对照组(84.31%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年抑郁患者进行心理疏导和精神护理,效果显著,值得临床推广。objective To explore the psychological counseling and mental nursing in clinical nursing effect in elderly patients with de-pression. Method Selection of 102 cases of senile depression patients,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in each group. Control group were treated by routine nursing,the observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing for psychological counseling and mental care,the score of SAS and SDS,and nursing statisfaction of nursing before and after between two groups were observed. Results After nursing,the seore of SAS and SDS in two groups were decreased,but The score of the observation group was significantly laver than the control group,the statisfaction of nursing （94. 12%）was significantly higher than the control group（84. 31%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using psychological counseling and mental nursing in patients with senile depression,it is obvious effect and worth clinical promotion.
