心理干预对Ⅰ^(131)治疗Graves病的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预对131碘治疗Graves病的临床应用价值。方法:对364例131碘治疗的Graves病患者进行心理干预,与未经心理干预的131碘治疗的Graves病患者(对照组)240例进行疗效比对。结果:心理干预组痊愈率81.6%,对照组痊愈率60.4%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=-5.472,P<0.05)。结论:131碘治疗Graves病行积极心理干预可提高131碘治疗效果。objective To investigate the value of clinical application of psychological intervention on 131 iodine in the treatment of Graves disease. Method The psychological intervention on 364 patients with 131 iodine in the treatment of Graves patients,treatment with and without psychological intervention on 240 patients with iodine 131 Graves were curative effect comparison. Results The psychological intervention group,the cure rate was 81. 6%,the cure rate of the control group 60. 4%,the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = -5. 472,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion 131 iodine in the treatment of Graves disease and positive psychological intervention can improve the treatment effect of 131 iodine.
