全髋关节置换术后预防深静脉栓塞的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:观察全髋关节置换术后采取预防深静脉栓塞相关措施疗效。方法:选择均行全髋关节置换术患者60例作为研究对象,男39例,女21例,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采取抗凝药物治疗预防深静脉血栓;观察组在抗凝药物治疗基础上采取针对预防血栓相关护理措施,如体位护理等,比较两组疗效差异。结果:观察组血栓预防效果优良22例(73.3%),较差7例(23.3%),无效1例(3.3%),总有效率达到29例(96.7%),明显高于对照组23(76.7%),P<0.05,血栓预防效果更为显著;观察组住院时间、满意度评分分别为(16.9±5.4)d、(9.04±0.43)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取针对性预防血栓护理对全髋关节置换术后患者血栓预防具有意义,可有效减少血栓发生率,具有重要临床价值。objective To observe the total hip replacement after adopt measures to prevent deep vein thrombosis related curative effect. Method 60 patients with total hip replacement were selected as the research object,male 39 cases,female 21 cases,according to the digital random method,they were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,control group was taken anti-clotting drugs to prevent deep vein thrombosis;Observation group on the basis of anticoagulant drugs for prevention of thrombosis related nursing measures,such as body po-sition nursing care,compared two groups of curative effects. Results observation group thromboembolism prophylaxis effect of 22 （73. 3%）,7 （23. 3%）was poor,1（3. 3%）was invalid,the total effective rate of was 29（96. 7%）was significantly higher than 23（76. 7%）of the control group（P〈0. 05）,thrombosis prevention effect is more pronounced;Observation group hospitalization and time satisfaction score,re-spectively,were（16. 9 ± 5. 4）d,（9. 04 ± 0. 43）d,were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Adopting the preventive nursing of patients after total hip replacement the thrombus prevention has the meaning,which can ef-fectively reduce the incidence of thrombosis,has important clinical value.
