摘  要:目的:探讨延续性自我管理教育在抑郁症患者健康教育中的应用。方法:选取100例住院治疗的抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各50例。对照组由责任护士进行常规健康教育,干预组除实施常规健康教育外,由自我管理教育小组成员严格按照规范化健康教育流程对患者实施综合的自我管理教育。出院时对照组给予常规出院指导,干预组实施延续性自我管理教育。结果:延续性自我管理教育后,干预组患者服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);抑郁程度较对照组低(P<0.05);生活质量除环境领域和精神信仰两领域比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各因子分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性自我管理教育能增强自我管理能力,提高患者服药依从性,改善抑郁情绪,显著提高生活质量。objective To study the application of continued self-management education for patients with depression in health educa-tion. Method 100 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases for each. Both groups were given routine education. Besides,the observation group were given comprehensive self-management education by the self manage-ment education team in strict accordance with the standardization health education process. At discharge,control group received routine dis-charge guidance,the observation group received the continued self -management education. By using HAMD,Drug compliance scale and WHO-QOL-100 to evaluate the drug compliance,degree of depression and the Quality of Life between the two groups before and after the comprehensive self-management education. Results After the comprehensive self-management education,the numbers of drug compliance of observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0. 05). The degree of depression of the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than the control group(P〈0. 05). In addition to environmental and spiritual belief,the rest of the scores of the quality of life were significantly better than the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Continued self-management can enhance the ability of self manage-ment,improve the drug compliance,reduced depression and significantly improve the quality of life.
