茵栀黄内服配合中药熏洗及捏脊疗法治疗黄疸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察茵栀黄内服联合中药熏洗及捏脊疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将83例湿热郁蒸型新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为2组,实验组41例给予茵栀黄颗粒口服并配合退黄中药熏洗及捏脊疗法,对照组42例仅给予茵栀黄颗粒口服。观察记录2组患儿每日经皮测胆红素值及排便情况。结果实验组治疗后24,48,72,96 h经皮胆红素值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后48,72,96 h大便次数均多于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论茵栀黄内服配合中药熏洗及捏脊疗法可促进新生儿黄疸快速消退,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广及深入研究。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang granules for oral administration combined with fu- migation-washing therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and knead ridge therapy on jaundice. Methods 83 children with neonatal jaundice with syndrome of stagnation and steaming of damp-heat were randomly/divided into 2 groups, the experimental group with 41 cases were treated with Yinzhihuang granules for oral administration combined with fumigation - washing？ therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and knead ridge therapy, while the control group with 42 cases were only treated with Yinzhihuang granules for oral administration. Daily bilirubin value from percutaneous determination and cacation of the children in both groups were recorded and compared. Results At 24, 48, 72, 96 h after treatment, the levels of percutaneous bilirubin in experimental group were all significantly lower than those in then control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , the times of cacation at 48, 72, 96 h after treatment were more than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules for oral administration combined with fumigation-washing therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and knead ridge therapy can promote neonatal jaundice fading faster, complicating with no obvious side effect, and this therapy is northy widely applicating and further studying in clinic.
