摘　　要：目的为了解公立医院经济运行状况和变化趋势,分析其运行效率。方法该研究对四川省公立医疗机构2007—2013年总收入、总支出、收支结余、职工服务量、床位使用率等指标进行统计分析。结果发现公立医疗机构总收入平均增长速度(24.93%)略快于总支出增长速度(20.76%);城市医院和城市中医院医疗服务收支平衡,其余各类机构医疗服务收不抵支。基层公立医疗机构的每职工门急诊服务量高于城市机构,县及以上公立医疗机构的每职工住院服务量高于基层公立医疗机构。全省公立医疗机构的平均病床使用率低于全国公立医院同期平均水平,基层医疗机构病床使用率均高于全国同期平均水平。结论加大财政补偿力度,促进医疗事业发展;加强医院内部管理,提高运行效率。Objective To analyze the operational status and efficiency of public hospitals in Sichuan. Methods Descript some index from 2007 to 2013 of public hospitals, such as total income, total expenditure, total revenue, service quantity of medical staff and rate of utilization of hospital beds. Results The average growth rate of total income （24.93%） was faster than the average growth rate of total expenditure （20.76%）. There was balance of income and expenditure in city hospitals and expenditure over income in other hospitals. Service quantity per staff of outpatients in community-level medical and health care services was higher than that in other hospitals. Service quantity per staff of inpatients in hospitals at or above the county level was higher than that in community-level medical and health care services. The rate of utilization of hospital beds of public hospitals in Sichuan was lower than that of average national level, but the rate of utilization of hospital beds of community-level medical and health care services was higher than that of average national level. Conclusion Investment for public hospitals should be increased. We will further improve policies for promoting development in the hospitals. Measures should be taken to strengthen internal management of hospital and to improve operating efficiency.
