摘　　要：张珍玉先生重视脾胃理论,完善了脾胃分治理论体系;在用药规律上,提出"脾胃分治",从临床实际出发,脾胃同治,既重脾阳气升,又不忽略胃阴气降,继承和发展了"补土派"理论。Mr. ZHANG Zhen-yu attaches great importance to the theory of the spleen and stomach. He has greatly im- proved the partition of spleen and stomach theory system. Inheriting and developing the theory of ＂Tonifying Earth School＂ is one of his achievements. On one hand, he proposes the spleen and the stomach separately in the Medication law area, and on the other hand, from clinical practice angle, he emphasizes that the spleen and stomach should be treated together. That is to say, we should both pay great attention to spleen yang ascending and don＇t ignore stomach yin descending.
