慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳气虚衰证和气阴两虚证患者血清IL-2、IL-10、CRP浓度的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)阳气虚衰证和气阴两虚证患者血清IL-2、IL-10、CRP的浓度。方法:分别检测30例COPD阳气虚衰证患者、30例COPD气阴两虚证患者和30例健康对照者血清中IL-2、IL-10、CRP的浓度。结果:COPD阳气虚衰证和气阴两虚证患者血清IL-2、IL-10的浓度均低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且阳气虚衰组低于气阴两虚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组COPD患者的CRP浓度均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且阳气虚衰组高于气阴两虚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阳气虚衰证慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清IL-2、IL-10的浓度低于气阴两虚证,提示阳气虚衰证患者的免疫力更为低下,细胞因子紊乱更为严重。Objective： To study the concentration of IL-2, IL-10 and CRP in COPD patients with Yang and Qi deficiency syndrome and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and compare the differences. Methods： The concentration of IL-2, IL-10 and CRP in COPD patients was detected respectively. There were 30 cases with Yang and Qi deficiency syndrome and 30 cases with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, meanwhile, thirty healthy people were selected as the control group. Results： The concen- tration of IL-2 and IL-10 in the Yang and Qi deficiency syndrome and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome was lower than that of the health people, and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）; and the Yang and Qi deficiency Syndrome was lower than that of the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The concentration of CRP in the Two groups of COPD patients was higher than that of the health people, and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）; The Yang and Qi deficiency Syndrome was higher than that of the Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, with statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The concentration of IL-2 and IL-10 of Yang and Qi deficiency syndrome are lower than the Qi and Yin de- ficiency syndrome in COPD, which indicates Yang and Qi deficiency syndrome patients with lower immunity and obvious Cy- tokine disorder.
