茜草治疗功能性子宫出血的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察茜草治疗功能性子宫出血的药理作用。方法:测定小鼠出血时间及大鼠凝血机能,观察茜草对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩能力的影响。结果:茜草可缩短小鼠断尾后的出血时间及大鼠凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间,增加纤维蛋白原含量。同时,茜草还能促进大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度和收缩频率,升高其活动力。结论:茜草能缩短出血、促进凝血、增强大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩能力和张力,从而治疗功能性子宫出血。Objective： To observe pharmacological actions of Qiancao （Rubia cordifolia） in treating dysfunctional metrorrhagia. Methods： Bleeding time in mice and blood coagulation in rats were examined. The influence of Qiancao （Rubia cordifolia） on the contraction of in-vitro uterus smooth muscle was observed. Results： Qiancao （Rubia cordifolia） could shorten the bleeding time in mice and the thrombin time （TT） and prothrombin time （PT） in rats, but increase the contents of fibrinogen （FIB）. Qiancao （Ru- bia cordifolia） could also increase the contraction amplitude and frequency and the activity of rat uterus smooth muscle in vitro. Conclusion： Qiancao （Rubia cordifolia） can decrease of bleeding, increase of coagulation, enhance of contraction and tension of uterus smooth muscle, and show treatment function on dysfunctional metrorrhagia.
