城市大气污染治理问题研究——以广西柳州为例

摘　　要：随着我国国民经济的快速增长和能源消费量的持续增加,大气环境污染已成为阻碍我国生态文明城市发展的主要症结.文章以广西柳州市为例,研究该城市大气污染物演变特征及其治理概况,发现柳州现有治理政策所取得成绩以及当前所面临的新问题.通过梳理国外城市大气污染治理经验,从中获得启发.针对如何有效治理和改善城市大气环境污染问题,提出了相应的对策及建议.With the rapid growth of China＇s national economy and the continued increasing in the amount of energy consumption, air pollution has become a major problem hampering the development of China＇s ecological civilization city. This paper take Liuzhou city of Guangxi province as an example, research on the evolution of the characteristics and management of the atmospheric pollutants in Liuzhou City, in order to find the policy achievements as well as the existing current problems. We are inspired in controlling air pollution by combing the management experience of foreign countries. And then we propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the problem of how to effectively control and improve the atmospheric environment pollution.
