摘  要:为研究不同工艺仙人掌提取物对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能的影响,选取40周龄绿壳蛋鸡7 260只,随机分为3组(处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组和对照组)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理Ⅰ组在基础饲粮中添加乙醇提取配合乙醚萃取的仙人掌提取物400 mg·kg-1,处理Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加超临界萃取的仙人掌提取物400 mg·kg-1,结果表明,添加不同工艺仙人掌提取物的处理组在产蛋率、平均蛋重、破壳率和绿壳蛋鸡外周血T淋巴细胞转化率与对照组相比均得到显著改善(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ组和处理Ⅱ组的料蛋比与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);处理Ⅰ组和处理Ⅱ组在产蛋率、平均蛋重、破壳蛋和绿壳蛋鸡外周血T淋巴细胞转化率上差异不显著(P>0.05)。同时发现,不同工艺仙人掌提取物饲喂绿壳蛋鸡能够改善蛋品质。In order to study effect of different techniques of the cactus PE on the production performance of chick- en, seven thousand two hundred and sixty chickens (aged 40 weeks) were randomly divided into 3 groups (treatment group I, Ⅱ and the control group). The control group was fed the basal diet; group l was fed 400 rag· kg-1 the cactus PE by alcohol extraction and ether extraction which was added into basal diet; group Ⅱ was fed 400 mg. kg-1 the cac- tus PE by supercritical fluid extraction which was added into basal diet. The results showed that laying rate, average egg weight, shell-breaking rate and chicken peripheral blood T-lymphocytes in different techniques of treated group have significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05), feed egg ratio in group I and U were not significant com- pared with the control group(P〉0.05); laying rate, average egg weight, shell-breaking rate and chicken peripheral blood T-lymphocytes conversion rate were not significantly different in group I compared with group Ⅱ (P〉0.05). The test also found that egg quality can be improved in different techniques of the cactus PE.
