摘　　要：术中回收式自体输血无需进行配血就可以将回收血输给患者,赢得抢救生命的时间,同时也可以显著减少异体输血的数量,大大节约了异体的血源,而回收自体血的红细胞对红细胞的携氧以及供氧能力会如何影响是研究的关注点。该研究就骨科患者术中回收自体血红细胞对携氧能力的变化作如下综述,分析近年来的实验和临床研究进展,为该项技术的开展提供相关参考。Intraoperative autologous blood transfusion was been without recycling type to match the blood could be recovery of pa- tients with blood loss, won the save the time of life, and at the same time, it could significantly reduce the number of allogeneic blood transfusion, greatly saved the source of blood; Recycling of autologous blood red blood cells of red blood cells carry oxygen and oxygen would affected.This research summarized in the recovery of autologous orthopaedic patients who changes of red blood cells to carry oxygen ability.
